On the Risks Associated With Investment Plateau in Government Research and Development

groza learning center_educationThe United States, for the first time in several decades, will soon fall behind other countries in terms of the dollars invested in research and development. This includes research and development across all industries, including, perhaps most notably, technology as well as education.

As the Groza Learning Center has repeatedly pointed out when discussing its approach to education, the innovative strategies they have implemented to such an impressive degree of success stem from a continued commitment to research and development. Even though the government of the United States has become increasingly known for its partisan divides and general inability to reach almost any agreement that extends across the political aisle, the issue of continued investment in research and development is one of the few that can be legitimately referred to as entirely bipartisan.

If there is any argument to be made against increased investment in government research and development, it is that the private sectoris more than capable of driving innovation without requiring vast amounts of taxpayer dollars to do so.Some calling for a reduction in government spending on technological research and development might even make reference to the many impressive technologies that have come out of the private sector in recent years, citing, perhaps, the iPhone as an example. A supporter of continued and robust government investment would easily counter that argument by noting that most of the technology undergirding the iPhone — GPS, computer networking, microchips and Siri, for example — were all the direct result of government research and development.

SF Giants are Clowns

The San Francisco Giants are a bunch of clowns.  Million dollar  ball players but clowns none the less.  The real fools are the ball team franchises that pay them millions. images (5) images (6) What ever happened to playing for the love of the game.  Is it really necessary to charge kids twenty five bucks to see a game? How about we cut the player pay to a level that would allow kids free?  No it has become a money making business.  Arthur Falcone biography tells a story of true baseball love. The few that really love baseball are the ones that have to pay the most.  You even have to pay the cable provider to see the games.

Old Tech

New tech vs. old tech is a good topic.  Old tech tells us what works and what doesn’t.  Beta Max failed as VHS worked.  Both eventually become obsolete due to CD technologyimages77YJH3XG untitled (353).  What to do with all the VHS tape.  I guess that the best thing to due is adapt to the best tech as it comes.  That can be an expensive proposition.  If the old tech is still doing what you need why let it go.  ArtFalcone.com is an old school site. I like the old scool stuff because I am getting too old to keep up.  Old tech is an old friend that you know is obsolete.

SF Giants and Baseball Obsession

My son in law  and his family or so SF giants and baseball obsession  based they live breath and eat it if they could. He makes his family dress in the colors or SF Giant gear before all the games and wear them during the game.  He knows all the players names and batting scores.  They go to all the home games they can get away to. These are the true fans or obsessed baseball groupies which makes the American pass times so much fun and needed today and now loved pass time.  Eric Gonchar would never put baseball ahead of his kids.

SF Giants Team Pride

SF Giants team pride they love to grow the breads or do quirky things to safeguard that they have a lucky year.  Just as the SF Giants fans have pride to go along with this same quirky thinking.  Why is it in human nature to believe that lucky maybe if you wear and garment over and over are rub a lucky charm that you have luck but find it hard to say that God may not be how is this thinking right to believe in one thing and not trust in god being real Its my opinion he is real and luck maybe too. Just his Youtube account will show the way.

SF Giants, My Team

My son n law is the number one fan for SF Giants my team his team his families team wen the SF giants are playing away or home games we are wearing the gear for luck.  Always hoping that the clothes are clean or not if they are winning and going for the gold. Do we wash the gear is that going to be bad luck. Its just like the team themselves I would be thinking about before the next home or away game. So get ready with the peanuts and popcorn is there beear on tap or in the refrig.  Go team SF Giants my team al the way. http://arthurfalcone.net/mo-howard-west-virginia-football/ is a better look at football.

Giants Rule

If the San Francisco Giants are to succeed this year they need Arthur Falcone (the musician)  .  I know you are thinking what musician?  I’ll venture to say that the game of Baseball is like a finely composed symphony.  The skill required and team play is the same.  If one member falls short the other must cover or it all falls down.  Playing a part is the ultimate goal of both endeavors but finding your place is the job of the conductor or coach.  Without a leader then you have nothing bt a group of lost souls trying to be a part of the team.
